Deavieon White Obituary, Death;- The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the identity of the 25-year-old man who tragically lost his life after being struck by three vehicles while riding his bicycle in Grand Haven Township.

According to deputies, Deavieon White from Grand Haven was cycling northwest on Mercury Drive near Lake Avenue at approximately 6:15 p.m. on December 14 when he was initially hit by a Chevrolet Cruze that was traveling in the same direction. The impact caused White to be thrown from his bicycle, and he was subsequently struck a second time by a Ford Escape heading southeast on Mercury Drive. Authorities report that a third vehicle also collided with White and then left the scene.

First responders rushed White to a hospital in Muskegon, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.

The sheriff’s office is seeking assistance in identifying the third vehicle involved in the incident. Deputies suspect that it continued southeast on Mercury Drive following the collision. Witnesses have described the vehicle as a white SUV, with a female passenger estimated to be between 50 and 60 years old. Unfortunately, there is no available description of the driver.
