James Amayi-Kelley Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of the driver who tragically lost his life after colliding with a utility pole on Friday night, identifying him as a 42-year-old man from Massachusetts.

The individual, James Amayi-Kelley from Andover, Massachusetts, was ejected from the vehicle during the incident, as stated by Bristol Police Lt. Ulric Berube in a news release issued on Monday morning.

Law enforcement officials were dispatched to the vicinity of Battle Street and James P. Casey Road at approximately 9:35 p.m. on Friday in response to the reported accident. Upon arrival, officers initiated life-saving efforts on Amayi-Kelley until emergency medical services arrived and transported him to Bristol Health, where he was later pronounced deceased, according to Berube.

The Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team of the Bristol Police Department was deployed to the scene. Berube indicated that the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
