Serina Lofton Obituary, Death;- A woman lost her life in a residential fire on West Clark Street in Quincy on Monday night, as reported by the Quincy Fire Department.
Firefighters reached the location in the 800 block of West Clark Street shortly after 9:15 p.m. on Monday and discovered a house engulfed in flames, a representative from the fire department informed WCTV on Tuesday morning.
After extinguishing the fire, firefighters located a body, which the spokesperson confirmed to be 92-year-old Serina Lofton.
According to the fire department, the total duration of their presence at the scene was four hours.
