Chad Hicks Obituary, Death; – A homeless individual who was tragically found fatally stabbed in an alley close to downtown Los Angeles was identified by authorities on Monday.
The county Medical Examiner’s office reported that 48-year-old Chad Hicks succumbed to multiple stab wounds inflicted to his neck.
Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department were dispatched at approximately 10:03 p.m. on Friday to the 1400 block of South Hooper Avenue, near East 15th Street, where they discovered Hicks with stab wounds, as stated by the Los Angeles Police Department.
He was declared dead at the scene.
Investigators from the LAPD’s Newton Division are currently managing the case.
At this time, no description of a suspect has been made available.
