Andrew Bixby Obituary, Death; – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office has disclosed the identity of a man who lost his life after being struck by a pickup truck in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The deceased was identified as 24-year-old Andrew Bixby from New York Mills. Bixby was walking along County Highway 67 when he was hit by a pickup operated by another individual from New York Mills. The driver of the pickup stayed at the scene and assisted with the investigation.
The incident remains under investigation.
