Bryce Daniel Arrested; – Lexington Police say a man has been arrested after a fatal crash involving a pedestrian Tuesday night on Liberty Road.
According to police, around 10:45 p.m. on August 5, an officer was flagged down near Liberty Hill Drive for a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, identified as 35-year-old Bryce Daniel, was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol.
The Fayette County Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s name. The Lexington Police Department’s Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing to investigate.
