Richard Lee Bowers Obituary, Death; – Portland police on Friday identified a man found dead on Hayden Island as 57-year-old Richard Lee Bowers.

The medical examiner determined he was killed and died because of blunt force trauma. Police found Bowers’ body June 26. Officers arrested 68-year-old Timothy Hudson in the case. He faces charges of second-degree murder and second-degree assault. A motive is unclear.
