Oscar Rios Roman Obituary, Death; – The Lorain County coroner identified a man who died after being evacuated from a fire over the weekend.
Oscar Rios Roman, 62, was rescued by firefighters from an apartment fire on East 28th Street around 10 p.m. Saturday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Lorain County Coroner Frank Miller said Rios Roman’s preliminary cause of death was smoke inhalation and thermal burns.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but the damage was contained to one room.
