Sue Tarleton Obituary, Death; – The individual who was shot in Pleasant Grove late last week has been confirmed as a 73-year-old female.
Authorities discovered the woman at approximately 10:15 a.m. on Friday in the 1800 block of East Shore Circle, close to Lake June. On Monday, Dallas police identified her as Sue Tarleton.
Additionally, police announced on Monday that Owen Smith, aged 74, has been apprehended in relation to her death. The department had previously indicated that Tarleton and the alleged shooter were acquainted.
Records available online indicate that Smith was processed into the Dallas County jail on a murder charge, with bail established at $1 million. No further details regarding the incident have been released at this time.
