R Timothy Groff Obituary, Death; – A man from Lancaster County lost his life in a multi-vehicle accident in East Lampeter Township on Sunday. The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office reported that the coroner arrived at the intersection of Willow Road and Horseshoe Road at 12:13 a.m. on May 4 to investigate a collision involving an SUV and a sedan.
Upon reaching the site, the coroner discovered an adult male, later identified as 72-year-old R. Timothy Groff from Lancaster City, deceased in his vehicle. The coroner indicated that Groff was taken to the Lancaster County Forensic Center, where it was confirmed that he succumbed to multiple traumatic injuries. The Coroner’s Office classified Groff’s death as an accident.
