Jessica Lyman Obituary, Death; – A mother from Saratoga Springs, who sustained severe injuries in a shooting that claimed the life of her 8-year-old son, has passed away.
The Saratoga Springs Police Department announced on Thursday that Jessica Lyman, aged 44, succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
Officers discovered her with visible gunshot wounds alongside her son, Eli Painter, after responding to an emergency call on North Willowbrook Lane on Friday, March 28.
Eli was pronounced dead at the scene. Lyman was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition. As of now, no suspects have been publicly named.
