Matthew Hill Obituary, Death; – The coroner of Lancaster County has disclosed the identity of the individual who was fatally stabbed on Friday.
The victim has been named as 40-year-old Matthew Hill. According to police reports, the incident occurred at a residence on Farnum Street in Lancaster City shortly after 6 a.m. on Friday.
The coroner has indicated that the determination of the cause and manner of death is still pending; however, the Lancaster police have classified the case as a homicide investigation.
