Valentino Scarborough Arrested; – A man has been charged with attempted murder after a man was shot in the hand, according to the Rock Hill Police Department.
Around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8, officers responded to an apartment in the 1700 block of Heather Square for a shooting. When they arrived, they met with a 22-year-old man who said he was shot in the hand after an argument. EMS treated him for his minor injuries which included an additional graze wound to his forearm, police said.
Valentino Scarborough, 58, was arrested without incident. He was charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
