Tiffany Rider Obituary, Death; – The individual who lost her life in a head-on collision in Fallowfield Township, Washington County has been named. According to the Washington County Coroner’s Office, 36-year-old Tiffany Rider succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash that occurred on Tuesday.
Rider was seated in the front passenger area of a vehicle traveling east on Old 71 at approximately 9 p.m. when another vehicle, traveling in the opposite direction, veered across the centerline. The coroner reported that Rider was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision.
In total, at least five individuals were transported to the hospital, with four of them requiring helicopter evacuation. No further updates regarding the condition of the other injured parties have been released. State police are currently conducting an investigation.
