Rashad Baylor Obituary, Death; – The victim of the deadly shooting last Wednesday on Rosecrest Avenue has been identified as a 47-year-old man.
On Wednesday, June 18, at 9:56 p.m., officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to a report of a person shot at the 1600 block of Rosecrest Avenue. When officers arrived, they discovered the victim on the ground with a gunshot wound.
According to police, the victim was identified as 47-year-old Rashad Baylor of Richmond. He was taken to a nearby hospital for life-threatening injuries. On Friday, June 20, police said Baylor died due to his injuries while in the hospital.
