Qualo Trevon Danials,Stanley Alfonzo Williams II Obituary, Death; – Three individuals lost their lives in distinct homicide incidents during a violent weekend in Charlotte, as reported by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
The police are currently probing three homicides that occurred within an eight-hour period. The series of events commenced with a shooting on Saturday night, which led to a homicide investigation at the Charlotte Transportation Center in Uptown.
Emergency medical services confirmed their response around 10:30 p.m., stating that they transported one individual with life-threatening injuries for medical attention. Subsequently, CMPD reported that the victim succumbed to their injuries at the hospital. On Sunday, the victim was identified as 31-year-old Qualo Trevon Danials.
Shortly after, around 2 a.m. on Sunday morning in west Charlotte, another individual was fatally stabbed in the 4800 block of Wallingford Street. Stanley Alfonzo Williams II, 37, was taken to a nearby hospital by Medic but was later declared dead.
A few hours later, police announced they were investigating another homicide that occurred in the 200 block of Eastway Drive. The victim of this shooting was identified as 23-year-old Javier Lee Martinez Hernandez.
