Preston Adams Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of the individual who was fatally stabbed on Sunday. Preston Adams, a 63-year-old resident of Wilson Street in Hartford, sustained injuries from a stabbing incident that occurred in the North End of the city, as reported by Lt. Aaron Boisvert. The incident took place in the 2400 block of Main Street.
Lt. Boisvert stated that law enforcement officials were dispatched to the location shortly after 9 a.m. on Sunday. Adams was transported to a medical facility but was subsequently pronounced dead.
Police have located an individual believed to be connected to the stabbing and have conducted an interview with this person; however, Boisvert did not disclose whether any arrests were made.
