Payton Patterson Obituary, Death; – The individual who sustained fatal injuries in a two-vehicle collision on Thursday morning has been identified as a resident of Coatesville.
Payton Patterson, a graduate of North Putnam High School in 2020, was the driver who tragically lost his life in the incident that occurred shortly before 6 a.m. at the intersection of U.S. 36 and County Road 25 East.
According to preliminary findings from Putnam County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Anthony Brown, Patterson was operating a Ford F-150 and was traveling north on County Road 25 East when he entered the path of an eastbound Toyota Tacoma, which was being driven by Neil Burge. The Indiana State Police is collaborating with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office to conduct an accident reconstruction. Further details will be provided as they become available.
