Nicholas Moody Obituary, Death; – A suspect has been apprehended following the fatal shooting of a 26-year-old man, which occurred during an alleged road rage incident in Diamond Bar.
The event transpired at approximately 6:20 a.m. on Monday at a Park & Ride facility located on Pathfinder Road, adjacent to the northbound 57 Freeway, as reported by the California Highway Patrol.
According to the agency, the victim was shot after engaging in a verbal dispute with an individual parked next to him. In an attempt to flee the scene, he lost control of his vehicle and subsequently collided with a concrete wall.
The deceased has been identified as Nicholas Moody from Apple Valley, who was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in his vehicle sustained no injuries. One individual has been arrested; however, authorities have not disclosed any details regarding this person.
