Keilan Dobbs Obituary, Death; – Police have identified a man killed in a shooting that left a woman seriously injured last week in south Kansas City.
Keilan Dobbs, 29, was pronounced dead at the scene after officers responded to reports of gunfire around 4 p.m. last Thursday near 118th Street and Winchester Avenue.
A woman also found in the street with gunshot wounds was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, police said. Investigators believe a dispute between several people escalated into a physical altercation, which led to the shooting.
