Jose Ramirez Obituary, Death; – A motorcyclist who lost his life in a collision over the weekend has been identified by the Coroner’s Bureau of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday. The victim, 28-year-old Jose Ramirez, a resident of Riverside, has had his next of kin informed, according to the coroner’s office.
Sgt. Emilio Angulo of the Riverside Police Department reported that the incident took place at 5:09 p.m. on Sunday at the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and Myers Street in the Arlington area.
“Upon arrival, officers and firefighters discovered the victim with critical injuries,” Angulo stated. “The motorcyclist was transported to a nearby hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.” Jose Ramirez Obituary, Death; Ramirez was admitted to Riverside Community Hospital, where he passed away approximately one hour after sustaining his injuries.
“The driver of the other vehicle involved in the incident remained at the scene and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation,” Angulo added.
