Jody Hall,Norman Miller Obituary, Death; – Two individuals who lost their lives in two distinct shootings within the City of Warren have been named. The Trumbull County Coroner’s Office has identified the man who was fatally shot in an incident that resulted in a crash on Draper Street on Friday, May 16, as 22-year-old Jody Hall.
Hall was discovered deceased at the site of the crash on the 2100 Block of Draper Street at approximately 2:30 a.m. on May 16, following reports of gunfire in the vicinity. Authorities located a vehicle overturned on its side close to the intersection with Benton Street.

In a separate incident, the Coroner’s Office has identified the man who was shot and killed on Southern Boulevard on Monday, May 19, as 38-year-old Norman Miller. Miller was fatally shot in proximity to a convenience store. Police discovered him deceased inside a vehicle at the scene.
