Jessyca Amasiu, Cherell Keamo Obituary, Death; – One individual was employed by an insurance firm, another by a financial institution, while the third was a skilled video producer.
The three women were characterized by their family and friends as kind, generous, and talented prior to their tragic deaths at the hands of a neighbor who opened fire after crashing a front-end loader into a carport late Saturday on Waianae Valley Road.
On Wednesday, the Honolulu Medical Examiner’s office identified the victims of this violent incident as Courtney Raymond-Arakaki, aged 34, Jessyca Amasiu, aged 29, and Cherell Keamo, aged 36.
Raymond-Arakaki’s boyfriend and her aunt wish for her to be remembered for her deep care for others, particularly her family.
“She was an angel,” stated her boyfriend of six years, Wyman Keamo. “She had an abundance of love and aloha to share with everyone.”
The medical examiner’s report also confirmed that the shooter, 59-year-old Hiram Silva, succumbed to a gunshot wound to the torso.
The violence, which authorities indicated escalated from a dispute between neighbors, marked the deadliest incident in a series of recent shootings and has deeply affected the close-knit Westside community.
The medical examiner’s findings highlighted the tragedy as partygoers attempted to escape after Silva drove the tractor into multiple vehicles. Police reported that he was armed with both a pistol and a long gun.
Cherell Keamo was fatally shot in the head, while both Raymond-Arakaki and Amasiu suffered multiple gunshot wounds, according to the medical examiner.
Silva, aged 59, was fatally shot by one of the residents of the home, Rishard Carnate, as reported by the police.
