Jasmine Keohi Obituary, Death; – A man is currently in custody following allegations that he killed one individual and shot at another in San Bernardino County, as reported by authorities.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were dispatched to a residence in Hesperia around 12:59 a.m. on Monday, in response to reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered a woman on the sidewalk outside the home, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. She was declared dead at the scene.
The deceased woman has been identified as 24-year-old Jasmine Keohi, a resident of Hesperia. Investigations have indicated that another individual, whose identity has not been publicly disclosed, was also targeted during the same incident.
Authorities stated that the suspect fled the scene but was subsequently located in a nearby apartment complex and taken into custody. The department has identified the suspect as 41-year-old Jose Antonio Ramirez, also from Hesperia.
As of Tuesday, he remains in custody at the High Desert Detention Center. No further details have been released at this time.
