The New York State Police report that the 15-year-old used a screwdriver to stab 79-year-old James Rinn in the head, neck, and abdomen. The victim, a resident of Ellenburg Depot, is currently hospitalized but is expected to survive his injuries. The identity of the teenager has not been disclosed, and he is facing charges that include attempted murder.
