Jacob Crawford Obituary, Death; – A homicide investigation is underway after a 17-year-old boy was shot and killed over the weekend in southwest Oklahoma City.
Shortly after 1:15 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a reported shooting on Heyman Street near Southwest 15th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. When officers arrived, they found a shooting victim lying in the parking lot of a complex.
The victim was taken to an area hospital, where police said he was pronounced dead. The Oklahoma City Police Department identified the victim as 17-year-old Jacob Crawford. Police said he was apparently shot during some type of altercation.
