Frank Nugent III Obituary, Death; – A 63-year-old man has been confirmed as the victim of a fire that occurred on Wednesday evening in the Levittown area of Bristol Township.
Bucks County Coroner Patti Campi reported that Frank Nugent III was discovered deceased within his residence located in the 100 block of Indian Creek Drive.
According to Bristol Township Deputy Fire Marshal Alex DelVecchio, the fire has been classified as accidental and was initiated by smoking. Chief Chris Shortt of Levittown Fire Company No. 2 stated that firefighters were dispatched to the home at approximately 6:45 p.m. following a report of a fire.
The chief indicated that the crews entered the residence and found the man already deceased. DelVecchio mentioned that a family member detected smoke within the home and notified the authorities. Shortt noted that the fire had extinguished itself by the time the firefighters arrived.
