Elizabeth Peralta-Guadalupe Obituary, Death; – A woman discovered in an apartment in Illinois, showing “no signs of life,” was brutally murdered by her 20-year-old son, according to Illinois police.
The 43-year-old victim, identified as Elizabeth Peralta-Guadalupe, was “viciously” slain in a Northlake apartment complex on May 25, as stated in a news release from the police on May 27. She was declared dead shortly after paramedics arrived on the scene. During the investigation, multiple family members and witnesses were interviewed, leading to the detention of two individuals by authorities, as reported by Northlake police. One of those taken into custody was Peralta-Guadalupe’s son, Larry Dorado, who is now facing accusations of murdering his mother and has been charged with homicide, according to police.
The second individual was released without any charges. Further details were not provided by the police. Dorado is set to appear in court on May 28. If found guilty, he could face a life sentence with the possibility of parole after 40 years, as indicated by police. Northlake is located approximately 20 miles northwest of downtown Chicago.
