Donna Lestourgeon Obituary, Death; – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity of the woman discovered deceased along a greenway in the Northeast Side.
The deceased has been identified as 59-year-old Donna Lestourgeon. San Antonio police reported that a man walking along the greenway near FM 78 and Woodlake Parkway at approximately 10 a.m. on Tuesday came across her body in the grass.
Authorities indicated that Lestourgeon exhibited no signs of life. According to the San Antonio Police Department, Lestourgeon was found unclothed, although some personal belongings were located nearby. The investigation into the cause of her death remains ongoing.
