David Paul Stover Shader Obituary, Death; – Authorities announced over the weekend the initiation of a death investigation following the discovery of a Massachusetts man floating in the Atlantic Ocean off the New Hampshire coast.
Boat officers responded to a location near the Isles of Shoals on July 13, where they retrieved a deceased body from the water, as reported by New Hampshire State Police.
The Isles of Shoals consist of a cluster of nine small, rocky islands situated approximately six miles off the coasts of New Hampshire and Maine.
State police investigators, along with the New Hampshire Medical Examiner’s Office, have identified the deceased individual as David Paul Stover Shader, a 35-year-old resident of Boston.
Investigators are actively working to ascertain the circumstances surrounding how and when Shader entered the water. State police have indicated that Shader was last observed in the Boston area, and his death is not currently considered suspicious.
