Christian Walker Obituary, Death; – A 17-year-old Massachusetts boy was killed early Wednesday in a shooting in a Keene parking lot, investigators said.
Investigators from the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office said Christian Walker, of Orange, Massachusetts, was shot and killed in the parking lot of Riverside Plaza off Winchester Street.
The lot was taped off Wednesday morning as police continued to collect evidence. Officials said an autopsy determined that Walker died of a single gunshot wound to the abdomen, and the death was ruled a homicide. Investigators said they believe they have identified everyone who was involved, and there is no known threat to the public.
Employees of the businesses that surround the parking lot said they were all closed when the shooting happened. They also said they were advised by police to not say anything about the investigation. In a separate case, the attorney general’s office also announced Wednesday morning that authorities are investigating the suspicious death of a man in Pittsfield.
