The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has taken into custody 21-year-old Christopher Highbaugh. He faces charges of two felonies: one for murder and another for robbery that resulted in serious injury.
On February 18, four men sustained injuries from a shooting that took place in a residence located in the 3500 block of Wallace Avenue.
