Blair A Sawyer Obituary, Death; – Authorities have released the name of the bicyclist who was killed in a hit-and-run collision with a vehicle on August 11.
The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office says Blair A. Sawyer, 27, died from blunt force trauma. According to Louisville Metro police, the collision happened around 9:45 p.m. at the intersection of Chamberlain Lane and Chamberlain Court.
Louisville Metro police say the vehicle struck Sawyer after entering the intersection and drove off without stopping to render aid. Sawyer was taken to UofL Hospital where he died from his injuries.
