Ashley N Jarrell Obituary, Death; – A pedestrian was hit and killed in Tuscaloosa County around 12:40 a.m. on Sunday morning, July 20.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), Ashley N. Jarrell, 35, from Northport was fatally injured when she was hit by a 2019 Toyota Camry along U.S. Route 82. ALEA says the Camry was driven by Lindy P. Atkins, 19, of Tuscaloosa.
Jarrell was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash occurred around the 56 mile marker, just three miles east of Tuscaloosa. The ALEA Highway Patrol Division is investigating the accident.
