Andrew Osborne Obituary, Death;- Little Rock police on Tuesday afternoon identified the armed man police whom shot and killed Monday evening, although a police spokesman said he couldn’t release other details yet.
Officers responding around 5:14 p.m. Monday to a shots fired call at 602 Timber Hill Drive killed Andrew Osborne, 44, police spokesman Mark Edwards said.
Osborne, who was spotted on the porch, refused to obey orders to drop a weapon he was armed with, a Monday police news release stated. He died of his wounds at an area hospital. Edwards said a police report on the incident wasn’t yet ready for release.
