The victim has been identified as 55-year-old Francisco Alatorre, as confirmed by the Medical Examiner’s office. He was declared deceased at the scene, and his place of residence has not been made public. The accident involved a white big rig, a silver sedan, and two additional vehicles. All eastbound lanes were closed at 1:59 a.m. and were reopened at 6:12 a.m.
