Mark Adrian Amper Obituary, Death; – A motorcycle rider tragically lost his life in a collision with a dump truck in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, on the afternoon of December 17. Authorities have identified the deceased as 23-year-old Mark Adrian Amper, a resident of Sarrat.
Preliminary investigations indicate that Amper’s motorcycle unexpectedly veered into the lane occupied by the dump truck, which was operated by 44-year-old Ramon Curamen from Bacarra, Ilocos Norte. The motorcycle collided with the front bumper of the dump truck, causing Amper to slide onto the roadway.
He was subsequently transported to Dingras District Hospital, where he was pronounced dead due to severe head injuries. Curamen, who sustained no injuries, was taken to the Sarrat police station for appropriate processing and the filing of relevant charges.
