Jose Ochoa Obituary, Death; – The individual who lost his life in a crash in Carthage due to a medical emergency has been named.
According to the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office, 68-year-old Jose Ochoa passed away following a single-vehicle accident on Sunday at 108 W. 69th Street. Authorities reported that they received a call regarding the fatal incident around 7 a.m., as stated in a news release.
The driver of a 2011 Volkswagen Routan suffered a medical emergency, resulting in a collision with two parked vehicles, as indicated by the officers. He was subsequently transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
