Justin Mark Arrested; – A suspect sought in connection with a prior shooting incident was apprehended early Monday morning (Dec. 16) while attempting to gain entry to an apartment in Bogalusa. Authorities identified Justin Mark shortly after receiving a tip from a witness who reported seeing him at the Sunset Acres apartment complex.
Upon arrival, officers engaged in a brief altercation with Mark before successfully making the arrest. Following the arrest, police executed a search warrant, leading to the recovery of three firearms, illegal drugs, and significant amounts of cash associated with drug trafficking.
Mark was wanted on felony warrants stemming from a shooting that took place in November in the 1700 block of Dolly Avenue. According to police, Mark discharged his weapon at three individuals before fleeing the scene in a vehicle with two other suspects, Carlos Interiano, 21, and Damien Thomas, 24.
