According to Bertram police, multiple agencies responded to a multi-vehicle accident on State Highway 29 on Tuesday night.

The deceased woman, identified as 31-year-old Patricia Torres-Jimenez, was discovered trapped in her vehicle at the scene. Her daughter also succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash after being ejected from the vehicle.
