Lee Harrison Obituary, Death; – The circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Stafford last year have been classified by law enforcement as non-suspicious. Lee Harrison, aged 42, was discovered deceased in a residence on Oberton Gardens on 21 November 2023, following emergency services’ response to concerns regarding his welfare.
Staffordshire Police reported that a 31-year-old man from Stafford was taken into custody on suspicion of murder but was subsequently released. An inquest held on 21 November this year concluded that Mr. Harrison’s death resulted from mixed drug toxicity. Authorities indicated that they continue to provide support to his family.
Detective Inspector Ian Fitzgerald expressed, “My thoughts and condolences remain with Lee’s family as they navigate their profound loss. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the local community for their cooperation with officers, which was instrumental in gathering the evidence necessary to assist His Majesty’s Coroner and provide the family with closure in this matter.”
