Frank Santomauro Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of the 71-year-old pedestrian who lost his life after being struck by an SUV on Route 9 in Howell during the weekend. Frank Santomauro, a resident of Howell, was involved in the incident on the southbound lane near Strickland Road just prior to 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office. He was declared deceased at the scene.
