Jack Gilmour,Charlyz Hayter Obituary, Death; – Two individuals who lost their lives in a shooting incident, believed to have stemmed from a botched burglary, on Victoria’s Melbourne Peninsula have been named as Jack Gilmour, aged 29, and Charlyz Hayter, aged 19. According to 9News, Gilmour was present in a residence on Parson Street in Rye when a man and a woman reportedly entered, demanding cash and keys around 4 a.m. yesterday.
Reports indicate that Gilmour discharged a shotgun at one of the alleged intruders, Charlyz Hayter, who was 19 years old. Hayter succumbed to her injuries at the scene. Subsequently, several shots were allegedly fired at Gilmour by the unidentified man, resulting in the death of the 29-year-old. Authorities have stated that the man then fled the location.
