Shendora Adams,Tyiun Adams Obituary, Death; – The Bainbridge community is mourning the loss of a mother and son who tragically died in a murder-suicide incident that occurred on Thanksgiving Day. Shendora Adams, aged 36, and her 19-year-old son, Tyiun Adams, were discovered deceased from gunshot wounds in their residence on November 28.
The Adams family has arranged funeral services for this weekend, and a balloon release is scheduled for Friday in Bainbridge. As reported by the Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI), Jamar Calloway, 36, is the primary suspect in this double homicide. Authorities believe he was Shendora’s former boyfriend.
Following the shooting, Calloway reportedly fled to Ocala, Florida, where he is said to have taken his own life and subsequently succumbed to his injuries. Numerous family members and friends have expressed their condolences on social media. Comments on the obituaries of Shendora and Tyiun reflect the deep affection many had for them.
One tribute on Shendora’s obituary states, “It’s still hard to believe that you’re gone. I’m going to miss you, beautiful… thank you for the laughter, your beautiful smile, your kind heart, and your strong spirit. I will always love you.” Another tribute on Tyiun’s obituary reads, “You were such a sweet soul with a beautiful heart. May you rest in peace, Sweetie; you will be greatly missed.”
