Demetrious Tankhamvang Obituary, Death; – A man who was fatally shot last weekend in Rochester has been named. According to the Rochester Police, officers responded around 1 a.m. on Saturday to a residence located in the 4100 block of Manor Woods Drive NW, where they discovered a deceased male. The victim has been identified by family members as 28-year-old Demetrious Tankhamvang, a resident of Rochester.
One individual was taken into custody on Saturday; however, there has been no additional information regarding that person’s involvement in the incident or the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
Samantha Prak, who initiated an online fundraising campaign for the family, expressed, “Demetrious’ parents, Christina, Sam, and Shane, are now facing the unimaginable grief of losing their firstborn son. Demetrious also leaves behind two beautiful daughters, who will forever carry his love in their hearts.”
