Law enforcement officials arrived at the 800 block of South Munger Avenue just before 10 p.m. and discovered a vehicle that appeared to have crashed, as stated by the police.
Upon investigation, authorities identified the driver as 41-year-old Tony Mosley, who had been shot by an unidentified assailant, according to a news release from the police department.
