Tedrick Lamount Lamar Davis Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of the teenage male who was fatally shot in Minneapolis earlier this week. Minneapolis police were dispatched to the scene of reported gunfire at an apartment complex located in the 2500 block of Omega Place, south of downtown, at approximately 8:30 PM on Tuesday.
According to a news release, officers arriving at the scene discovered a young man with gunshot injuries. He was declared deceased at the location. On Wednesday, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office identified the victim as Tedrick Lamount Lamar Davis, an 18-year-old resident of St. Paul.
The preliminary autopsy has classified his death as a homicide, attributing it to multiple gunshot wounds to the head. As of now, no arrests have been made. Minneapolis police report that investigators are actively seeking to understand the events that led to this tragic shooting.
