Ray Pipkins MISSING; – The Shreveport Police Department is actively searching for a man who has been reported missing since August 21. As of August 28, the SPD is requesting assistance from the public in locating Ray Pipkins, a 23-year-old individual.
Pipkins was last seen in Shreveport, Louisiana, on August 21. He is characterized as standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing between 130 and 140 pounds. His physical features include brown eyes and black hair.
Pipkins’ family has not had any contact with him for nearly two weeks and is extremely worried about his well-being. Anyone with information regarding Pipkins’ location is urged to contact the SPD at (318) 673-7300.
