Mark Ray,Adrian Ceniceros Obituary, – Authorities have reported that two individuals lost their lives following a severe collision involving two semi-trucks in Hansford County on Tuesday afternoon.

At approximately 2:22 p.m. on August 27, a 2021 Peterbilt truck tractor/semi-trailer was traveling westbound on Farm-to-Market 2018, while a 2001 Freightliner truck tractor/semi-trailer was proceeding northbound on Highway 136, roughly four miles south of Gruver, as stated by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

According to DPS, the driver of the Peterbilt failed to stop at the stop sign on FM 2018 at the intersection with Highway 136, resulting in a collision with the Freightliner. Both vehicles subsequently ignited, leading to extensive damage.
