Kaiheem Jerelle Williams Arrested; – A 19-year-old woman, who was eight months pregnant, was fatally shot by her boyfriend, according to authorities in Pennsylvania. The Lansdowne Police Department reported that officers responded to an apartment building on Thursday, November 14, following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save her, she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities indicated that her unborn child was subsequently delivered at a hospital and is currently in critical condition. An investigation led to the identification of the woman’s live-in boyfriend, 19-year-old Kaiheem Jerelle Williams, as the alleged perpetrator. He was arrested and charged with murder, although the motive for the incident remains unclear. The victim has not been publicly named by authorities.

Lansdowne Police Chief Ken Rutherford described the situation as “heartbreaking and disturbing.” He emphasized that the arrest of Kaiheem Williams reflects the unwavering commitment of the officers and detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division. “Their diligent efforts have brought us closer to achieving justice for the victim and her family,” Rutherford stated in a news release.

A GoFundMe campaign has been established, noting that the victim’s baby is “critically ill due to lack of oxygen at birth.”
